0 degrees celcius (32 degrees F) isn't the warmest temperature to be working in for glue. I would want it to be at least 12 degrees celcius. I would find a nice table in the basement.

"Titebond recommends above 50 degrees F. Do not use when temperature, glue or materials are below 50°F. Freezing may not affect the function of the product but may cause it to thicken."

"In general, Epoxy should be applied at room temperature. In colder temperatures, the epoxy-curing rate tends to slow down. It may require heat to help generate the cure. Always keep the Epoxy at room temperature in order to assure the best cure rate."
