My project is finally coming to an end. The finish came out just like I designed it on metasequoia. I'm wondering if other people use this program to design their airplanes. At first I wasn't quite sure if the red flames would look good on a yellow background. I always associate red and yellow with McDonald's, and the least thing I wanted was to have a D-Dust that reminds everybody of fast food. Anyways, I drew everything on meta first, and it looked really good. The design looks even better in real life.
I'm gonna maiden it this weekend, and was wondering how much deflection u guys use for the elevons. Do u guys have any other advice for the maiden flight?? The first flight is gonna be with a APC 9x7, is it gonna have enough thrust for a hand launch???
