Ok.. I cannot get the wheels straight, the one front wheel always points slights towards the other one...and the turnbuckles are both screwed as much as they can... Also, are the wheels supposed to be slight loose?

Also, are the wheels supposed to be slightly loose on the pillow balls? I've loosed them slightly, because if I don't it struggles to turn.
