RWJ don't CA the nut. Like Schoobaka said see if it's cross-threaded. After I install the blade grips I put the blades on the heli and screw the cap bolt all the way down then use the exposed threads of the cap screw to catch the nut and suck it into the grip till it gets tight then back off to the proper blade tension. Works every time.

Idle-up switch: pull toggle towards you idle-up is on, push toggle away from you idle-up is off.
