daveopam is right. Just make sure you use the aileron servos set up facing out or both in so that the opposite side of each is used. They will then move the ailerons in different directions. You would need a 6 channel radio to use the ailerons separately, without a Y adapter. With this Cub you could mix a little rudder in with the ailerons. When the ailerons move, the rudder would move about 20% mix in the direction of the turn. This will overcome the "adverse yaw" that a Cub has. It will however fly without this mix.
