Soon2bBad,
The stock shock settings for the CT4S are as follows. Silver Springs with #2 pistons and 50wt oil.
Below are the "Race Setting that our factory drivers use on their CT4R's"
Shocks: 40wt all around with #1 pistons. Springs are either orange springs or silver springs.
Caster: Depending on the track they will either keep the upper A-arms in the middle or move them back one mm. The more caster the "turn in" you will have but less steering exiting a corner. More caster would be moving the upper A-arms back. Less would be moving them forward.
Camber: Also depend on the track or surface conditions. Our factory drivers generally run -2degrees of caster all around front and rear.
Toe in/Toe out: Recommended toe in for the rear is 3degrees. This will give your car more forward traction as well as more stability in corners. In the front we recommend 0 degress toe in or out.. but if you are seeking a bit more steering then you can use about 1 degrees toe out for more agresssive steering.
Ride Height: Recommended ride height for TRACK use is 4.5mm in the front and 5 mm in the rear. This is with a foam tire set-up. If you are running Rubber Tires then run about 4-4.5mm of ride height all around.
Thanks for your questions. Feel free to ask more if needed.

Thanks for the information can you tell me what you recommend for the CT4-R in terms of shock piston, for a small, car park type track, with low traction, also any toe recommendation for a tight track??
