Thats not true, it just looks like that cos the pipe's there.

You dont need to adjust it but you do it by either buying a rear arm mount that has more toe or a rear bearing carrier that has more (or less) toe. Also it might be torque steer or a bodgy diff thats doing it. or a bidgy bearing.
