My first let down with the boat. Customer service. I called about the radio. Not looking to return the boat, dont want a new or repaired crappy radio so I suggested I would buy a new radio... how about sending me some spare parts..anything.. a turn fin, a prop, just something to ofset this bad radio. The only offer I got was to send the radio back and IF they found something wrong with it they will repair or replace it. I said to them, well if I cracked the boat up because this radio then it cost you a lot more to replace the boat, but still nothing. They tryed to blame the problem on me. Disappointed in customer service.
