I had a bad weekend. My brand new Showtime with a brand new YS120 went lawn dart on me on the freakin maiden voyage.[:@] (not my fault, as best I can tell)

So, after some deliberation I decided to try something electric to calm my nerves. I'm completely new to electrics and have been away from the hobby for a few years. Boy, have electrics come a long way! I'm shocked...no pun intended...by the ARF build quality and blown away by the videos. I debated with myself over the Extreme Flight Edge or the E-Flite Edge. I had all but decided to buy the E-flite at the LHS, but they sold the only one on the shelf, which I had been eyeing curiously for a couple of months. It didn't take long to convince me to go for the Extreme Flight instead. I was reluctant at first since it was significantly more expensive, but it's significantly nicer looking too. After reading 15-20 pages on the EF Extra thread, I'm convinced it was fate that someone else bought the E-Flite out from under me and swayed me to the Extreme Flight instead.

Being a complete newbie to electrics, I just bought the whole complete combo from EF....Torque 2818/900, Air Boss 35 ESC, HS-65 servos, and FlightPower Lipo. If that's the setup they used in the video, I'm sure I'll be thoroughly impressed.

Anybody else have one of these yet? My searches haven't turned up anything yet. Is the plane that new to market?

By the way..Thanks to Extreme Flight for quick service! I ordered yesterday and I got the email today that it's on the UPS truck and should be here by the weekend.
