I only used FS One at the hobby shop. I didn't get the chance to really get into the program but used some of the stock models and flying sights. I wasn't really impressed but that means nothing because all the programs have there quarks and models setup by people that have there own taste. The soaring physics did seem very poor on the slope and one of the sceneries seem as if it was either not finished or poorly made as you could fly into the grass and keep going as if there was no ground. It was enough to turn me off from the program but it still may have potential, I don't know and may never know as I'm happy with what I have.

Do you have any way of trying before you buy? People have different preferences. Some of the programs have Demos you can download. G3 and reflex both do. Have you tried them?
