If I may.
I'd look more to the needle tuning before delving into the carb. The 110 is pretty sensitive to very small changes in the needle settings and it's likely that the mixture has hit both sides of the sweet spot without actually being there.
There is a pretty wide spread between the low and high in pop off pressure and it's not very often that's an issue.
