The stock ESC 101-BK will run a TZ or an RZ any day all day mate, I used to love my TZ before I found 19t, a 19t will run on the stock ESC but it will get hot after time.
I just ordered an RZ as a small track motor, same torque as a TZ but a few more rpm at the top.
