Wing adjusters.
For wings, four adjusters are used. One near the leading edge and one near the trailing edge on each wing panel. This means for each adjustment to a wing, each adjuster must be turned. It's quite easy. One turn clockwise on the front and one turn ccounter-clockwise on the readr, or visa versa.
These adjusters are only for plug in wings.
For one piece wings, the incidence is set by the wing saddle. I have seen adjustable set-ups, but only to dial in the design and set the final saddle shape. To make slight changes to incidence on one piece wings, most people use shims and then add a little wing seating tape. If the change is too great, then scabbing on additional wing saddle material may be necessay on order to maintain a solid mounting process.
For the Enigma, well, we have one of the finest composite guys in the world making our fuselages (he was the chief composite man for Mudry, the makers of the real CAP series of aerobats) and they come out of the mold with zero incidence every time. We use just adjusters on the stabs in order to ensure we have perfectly neutral elevator/stab relationship for horizontal and vertical line.
