Are you replacing the boom with a lighter tube on the AA mono conversion? I like the idea of the charging jack. I have had several of these planes that would not take a charge. It was always the ones that flew the best. I'll have to get cracking.

What do you use for the new boom material? The stir sticks are the added bracing?

Of my best planes, the first one was lost in a thermal before I did the transmitter mod, another was drawn to a spruce tree like a magnet and is still up there, and two others would not take a charge.
