I have a question about gyros for the AXE CP that I hope one of you can answer.
I know that the CP is ready-to-fly and comes with one gyro, right out of the box. But Heli-Max also seems to recommend the installation of a heading hold gyro:

The recommended heading hold gyro, plus the recommended LiPo battery, cost an additional $180 (on top of the $200 the CP itself costs).
My question: Have any of you installed the recommended heading hold gyro, or are you flying the CP using just the gyro it comes with? If you have installed the additional gyro, how valuable do you find it to be (in terms of ease-of-flight)?
Thanks,
-Lon
