I fly mine stock except for the batt. I have the 11.1v 1320 lipo MUCH NEEDED everything else is stock and she flys great. I have seen a couple of post of guy's using the dx6 and head hold but that makes a inexpensive heli almost $600 bucks

Before I do all that I will buy a trex 450 or save save save for a 600 trex I belive.

I like my little AXE just fine and shes ok out of the box but the lipo makes her great!
