SAVS, that is the stadium for the Atlanta Braves minor league called the Rome Braves (www.romebraves.com). So yeah, they have a little bit of money to spend. I estimated those taller poles at 120 ft too. Someone was up late, or was it early? I remember seeing those pictures from your post. 120' would be rather tall for a light pole. It would have to be a tower at that height by some town/county/state code.
