RE: Protech Tojeiro-90 build. The last one?
So, today was able to fly one hour, 4 flights in total. It was very windy, but maybe because of the weight and the higher wingloading, it flies very well and straight in this weather. Today I concentrated on determining correct CG, up- and down lines.
For CG I fly up at an 45 degrees angle, then turn inverted. The plane almost flies on in a straight line, goes down only a little. So this is perfect. Up line and down line are straight as well, so wing incidence and thrust angle are good. When flying inverted it only needs a little down. So, all in all, very good.
I also dialed in 1 degree negative rudder to elevator for straight knife edge, but actually it looks like it doesn't need any mixing. However it was quite windy, so I need to check some more on this.
All in all a very satisfactory day, and sofar the Tojeiro-90 is flying very straight!
