Default RE: Anyone ported and flowed an NX76 engine?

I am glad the conversation has turned to 'how to use Cen's site tutorial'!

So,.... has anyone tried it??

Well, I have spent most of today following PPman's pictures, building the engine and running it in using the 'heat cycle' method found here:http://www.johnnycoolguy.com/JCGR/ma..._break-in.html

Well it seems to have work a treat, the engine fires on the FIRST pull, something the old engine NEVER did!!!
I have only run it in with no wheels on the bench, so I have yet to see if there are many improvement, but with the work I have done I'd be very surprised if there is no noticeable improvement.

Oh and I too had problems with the pictures [sm=red_smile.gif][sm=red_smile.gif][sm=rolleyes.gif]

So I PM'd PPman who sent me the full article.
I used the net to translate it into English, but its a bit gibberish [], but you can work out what it is getting at.

If anyone would like me to mail it to them, then PM me with your email address.

All I can say is go one, strip your engine down and get grinding!!!!
