Default Dubro Hinges

Hey guys. I'm in need of a little help with these hinges I'm using.

Their hinges by Dubro. They resemble a cloth mesh-type material that you cut to shape after you make the hinge slot. My problem is the directions call for thin ca to use in the slots but the directions for the the kit (Midwest Aero-Star) say to use epoxy.

What will give me a better, longer lasting grip of the hinges? Hopefully someone out there knows what type of hinges I'm talking about! Also, anyone have any methods to get the correct spacing for the elevator and stabilizer sections?

Thanks,
MockV
