Trouble starting engine HELP!
I've been trying to get my Werks Racing Team Line B3 engine started for the past two days and i still cant get it. i have a starter box for it, and the starter box battery is fully charged. but the piston keeps getting stuck at top dead center. I tried putting after run oil in it so it would move a little easier but that barely helps. i've been using a heat gun to get the sleeve to expand and that works for a little bit, but when i go to start the egnine, the piston gets stuck again. so i pulled the glow plug out, put in some more after run oil, and used a screw driver to gently turn the flywheel to get the piston unstuck. this worked but..... i put the glow plug back in, put the ignitor on it and then put it on the starter box. the engine turns over but now it doesn't want to start! [:@] then i noticed all this unburned fuel coming out the exhaust, it must've been flooded so i called it a day. i clean out the engine and emptied all the unburned fuel that pooled in the pipe, and cleaned the engine out with denatured alcohol and relubed it with after run oil. do you guys think this will help now? i got it started friday afternoon for about ten seconds then it cut off. any tips on what i can do to keep the piston from getting stuck so much? it's driving me up the wall. by the way, anyone know the factory needle settings for the B3? it came with no intruction manual, nor does it say the settings on the werks racing website.
