I did the same thing. Moved up one hole to get better forward and backward response and didn't give much thought to how the arm goes back on.

The way I fixed mine was to turn on the receiver and then plug the battery in like you are going to fly. The server arms should run parallel to the ground. So remove the screw and adjust the servo arm as needed. When you get that done make adjustments as if you just purchased the heli and are taking the maiden take off. You should be able to make small adjustments and be back up and flying in no time.
