Just for the record and to demonstrate “other people” do actually get off their bums and do things, in 2003 I organised a two day jet fly in at Bentwaters Parks near Ipswich. The event was pretty poorly attended and finished up costing me money.

Not to be deterred or perhaps because I’m stupid I organised another one the next year thinking perhaps the date was to blame. The second one was even worse and cost me even more money; I could have bought a nice jet. So Mr Hill I have tried but, not anymore!
