Default RE: i need help .cant get off ground

Take a look at the Walkera thread on the RCU Electric RC Helicopters forum. I'm sure that you'll find some answers there and some one may even know of a website that covers Walkera setup and repairs.
Consider the following questions;
Did you make any other changes (I.E. new battery, etc) while replacing the shaft?
Did you cut the throttle as soon as you crashed (so as to reduce the chances of damaging the 4 in 1 unit)?
Are your Tx and heli batteries fully charged?
Did you make sure that all of the electrical connectors are plugged in right (if you disconnected any while making your repairs)?
Are any of the control rods and or hiem joints binding?
Does the heli pass the pre-flight "controls test" as described(?) in the manual?
Are the main blades spinning in the right direction? If not, check for proper polarity at the connector.
Is the tail rotor spinning in the proper direction? If not, check for proper polarity at the connector.

P.S. We all crash, so don't feel too bad about this.
