Default RE: Buiding pics Waco YMF-5 Barth Modellbau

For a litle bit scale stitching on the wings I have done the following.

I take a piece aluminium offset plate that is used in a printing office and make with the backsite of a knife several grooves in the plate on a soft base, cardboard or something like that.

After that i turn around the plate and cut with a sharp knife strips of 5mm width.

I glue the strips on the capstrips of the wing, after covering you get a litle bit scale stitching on the wings.

I have done a test before i have done the whole wing.

Cesar.
