RE: 1969 Boat: What to do with it
well, my usual response for a boat this size, the graupner 29mm drive or the KMB 28mm drive, with a 700sc motor and jeti esc combo. Talking maybe $170 total. You should know, dont expect this to be blazing fast. You should be able to at least get it as fast as my villain jet, but dont expect much more. Just saw you were saying you wanted it comparable to a nitro. It wont be, but it'll be fun..... I guess that's a decent reserve for it, still dont know if I personally would do it though, not that it wouldn't be a fine running boat, just that whole sentimental side of me.
