I built a case for my Trex out of 6 plastic trays and foam inside. The Trex can fit assembled, I can also fit in my Tx, (2x) Battery chargers, Balancer and batteries. It fitted in my suitcase although I had to limit the amount of clothing I took on holiday (Big Deal) Besides my Wife took enough clothing to last 3 months..

I did 70 odd flights with it on my 3 week holiday. Even took it for a trip around the North Island of New Zealand by car. Flew it most days on any nice piece of grass I could find. Great summer holiday.

I couldnt do that with my caliber 30.

It cost me about $10USD to make. Looks crap but it serves its purpose.
