I make these by hand with a scroll saw,drill press,and table saw. Yea a dwg file would be fine as long as it has measurements on everything. I am not sure I am able to make aluminum parts at this time probaly not.

Thanks. I think that the lexan is flexible enough. I know a guy that uses a lexan bumper and it works great. If it did pull out your screws I would refund yuor money.
