If you want some comfort then take heart knowing that when I crashed my SS40 hard the wing joint was INTACT! Was racing with my pal, I cut across his path and he cut my horizontal stab off since its screwed on. He landed with a piece of my aileron tucked between his muffler and engine, he had proof of the kill!
