Just recently bought this motor. Previous owner had a 24 inch prop on it. Obviously this is an industrial motor by the shape of the cooling fin design. It has a dual needle Tillotson carb with a choke. THe flywheel says R.E. Phelon Co., East Longmeadow, Mass. The various case and cylinder parts have serial numbers of 250047, 250042, 250041.
