Hey everyone. Have a YS 140L in my Olympian, with the Central Hobbies wrap around header and brace. The pipe is soft mounted with a PAC clip.

Problem is I cannot keep the header from coming loose. Lost one today and the previous one had the flange tore up from coming loose repeatedely. Have tried using Lock-Tite both Blue and Red, have tried using extra copper washers to ensure snuggness. At $40+ a pop cannot go on this way much longer.

Really like the wrap around header and don't want to go back to Hatori, unless absolutely necessary.

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanx in advance.
