Danny: If you have the setup correct it should be: li-po - switch- regulator - receiver (test meter). I just checked my Jaccio setup for you and I get 6.01V at the receiver. If I check voltage at the switch, I get 8.2V from the li-po. If you get 8V after the regulator then something is wrong with it.
