Default RE: FS One by Hangar 9

Hi Mullenc,

I adjusted the audio hardware acceleration, initially to the lowest setting to get things to work and then I stepped it up a notch or 2 until things crashed again, then backed off 1 from there. The final setting was 1 down from the top. You can make this adjustment in Control Panel/Sound or Audio Settings/Audio (or Hardware?) /Advanced/just slide the slider to left. Below that, there's also a sampling setting. I didn't change any video settings at all. I still don't understand why audio settings affect the video program but it doesn't matter as long as it works. Hopefully the new patch eliminates all this anyways.

I don't actually fly anywhere yet. FS One is my baby steps then I'll probably fly in Delta (Delta Flyers) or Surrey (RCFCBC). There's also a club at Burnaby Lake. I mostly want to fly sailplanes though and none of these sites really has any of that going on from what I can see so I may just have to find a good open hill near the water.

cheers,
Dave
