the tape is called Pinked tape. It is so called because it is made with Pinking Shears which is the name for the zig zag scissors which tailors use to cut these zig-zag lines. There are one or two US suppliers I know who can supply it including I believe, Nelson hobby supplies. Tony Clark would be quicker but Let me know if you need details,
