Cool Power 15% is not a full synthetic, it is the only Cool Power that has a very slight amount of castor in it. the bar code you're reading is NOT applied by Morgan, their bar code does not have any mention of the blend, that is applied elsewhere. they do however have on the big label where it's printed Cool Power total synthetic blend but the 15% still has a slight castor addition. also the Omega (pink) is a 30/70 castor/synthetic mix, not a 50/50.
