Ok, if that's not a reedie, you've got me! It's hard to make out, but it sure looks like a reed pedestal in there and overall, it's looks a lot like a Cox.

The file idea settles it. Push come to shove, that's a good solution. I want to avoid milling anything since I don't own a mill. Still a little mystified about the problem with the engine bolts? I measured the head on one and drew it in with lines going over to the side view. For the mount bolts, since space is at a premium, I will probably use U shaped slots. Also, there is a rough drawing of a set screw going in from the front. I'm still not completely happy, but most issues could be resolved by simply cutting the needle down.

BTW, you guys are going to give me an inferiority complex.[X(] You oughta see the AP Wasp that Digital Trucker did. Wow![sm=thumbs_up.gif]
