Oh an what is up with finding pinion gears for these motors? Both the suggested moter and the Align 430L have 3.2mm shafts. All the pinion gears are for 2.3mm shafts. I doubt you could press a gear onto a shaft with 1mm difference.

Even Align gears are 2.3mm.[]
