Yep, idle up works well with those settings.

For your normal pitch curve try

point l = 48
1 = 62
2 = 75
3= 87
h= 100

The way you have it right now with l= 48 and 2= 50 means that your whole pitch curve takes place after point 2. That would make it seem like the throttle/pitch is a little touchy. like this.
