RE: Rollin' my own 50CC Yak 54
I am by no means fluent in 3D Max, but from what I have seen, it is easier to do all your lofting and tweaking in 3D Max. Then saving the model to a file that can be read by solidworks or inventor, it is much easier to start creating your parts in one of those two. One of these days I'll get around to teaching myself 3D Max and have the best of both worlds.
