Mrasmm,
You mentioned that the pins of the tail blade won't go into the gear... Take off the tubing, and hold the gear, then rotate the tail prop and pushing at the same time..slowly There are several offsets of holes in the gear.. the tail blade will fit. Just go slow.

Mrasmm,
Two things to check,,,
1) make sure that the tail rotor gear is on properly, meaning that there are two ways for it to go on. The tail gear has two sides, one side has a smaller collar than the other, make sure that the smaller collar is against the tail motor.
2) Check the tail blade closely, it has two small pins protruding that align with the small holes in the tail gear. If one of the pins is missing/broken off. Get a new tail blade. Make sure everything is smushed/aligned together properly... Also, make sure that the silicon tube is tight.

Thanks for the reply
I forgot to mention those two things, but the disk in on the right way (short side towards the bearing), and both pins are intact. The don't go all the way into the tail gear though. The holes in the tail gear are too small for the pegs on the rotor. I don't know if this is how everyone elses is, but maybe that could be part of it. The tube is also as tight as it will go without bending the little plastic tail gear. I can't figure it out.....
It's mostly ok now, the only thing is when I piro, and then stop the motor spins up real fast to stop the heli and buzzes the rear rotor. It's almost like a skate board or a roller blade. On some of them when you spin the wheels they go real smooth and for a long time, other ones buzz and then slow down real fast, if that makes sense.
