I believe those go in between your O rings and the inner stepped washer, next to the rotor hub.

crash, servo's were plugged in backwards so had to unwrap em and mark each one after I fixed it, then wrap em back up! I am such a dork sometimes. Next issue at hand, Even with the programmable radio I am unable to reverse the collective pitch. So am gonna have to flip blade grips and the flybar inner frame dealie ( I am not sure what its called) and then am ready to go buy a darn scale, I have major wobble going on just starting to spool up. I have my second throttle point set at 21% right now, didn't want to take off to quick until I get a smooth wobble free spool up.
