See Lookj's post number 1480, first picture. He has the bearing and shims laid out in order of installation. Remeber the tiny washer with the ridge.... The Ridge always points towards the bearing.

Have any of you guys installed the head dampening shins E-Flite Sells? It supposed to tighten up the cyclic repsonse. I bought them today but am unsure where the shims actually go on the spindle.
