Default Pushrod movement question

Hello,

im breaking my head with something here

How to avoid stress on the servo?

In the pictures there is a changing gap of the right red and the hole in the strap, it’s the circular movement of the servo arm. (it wants to move in that direction)

If I lock that gap with glue, it will make the movement of the pushrod harder on the servo.

one way to solve it is to keep the metal bars that go into the pushrod short, without reach the red sleeve?

or how long should the metal bars be, relative to the red sleeves?

the plane is sig mid star 40 kit

ideas? Pictures?

Thanks

Alex
