I don't have $4000 either. I DO have a H & M Superkat that cost about $230 and depending on how I set it up, it could be really pretty reasonable cost-wise and still really quick. It'll never do 116 mph, but then I couldn't drive it anyway. Heck, I can't drive a boat that's going 45 very well. I'm getting there, though.
