The town I live in is a "Railroad town" and believe it or not, much of the local train movement (Moving back and forth assembling cars or going from one track to another as opposed to actually leaving the area with a load of cars) is done by radio control.
I don't know if they use Futaba systems, but that is an example of industrial radio control.
You think a 10lb airplane is dangerous if it goes out of control? Try a 30-ton locomotive! [X(]
