This hobby has it's peaks and vallies I'll tell you that. Super skids are doing OK and I'm learning to like them. The intermittent tail swing I was getting was GAIN. I tightened it up a tiny bit more, and it helped alot...the tail holds constant EXCEPT for normal rudder trim drift as the battery depletes. Arrow...whenever you get frustrated just read back from day one ALL the problems I've had. After all the garbage I went through, I've got a bird that flys instead of needing worked on. I really think all my control problems and crashing were simply the radio, and I didn't know what I was looking at. Your Futaba and CNC were SELF INFLICTED problems

, and I'm glad you got a handle on it. Proves one thing to me...people who do this hobby and do it well are very intellegent, determined, and have a great amount of GUTS. Putting a +/- $500 model into the air with the possibility of making junk out of it???? That's nuts if you think about it. My brother started nitro heli's in the 80's, my dad said he just had more money than brains (back when it cost $1500 to get a decient one that would fly).

And a good mornin to all................ I finally got the Blade up and hovering last nite, finished out the one lipo and let it rest for 10 mins, then installed the second lipo and went back outside. About 2 mins into my second battery I was trying to hover and adjust digital trims and lost the bird for a second.............. Stuffed it into the flowerbed out front. Pulled a pitch link off the threaded rod........... ouch! Brought it back inside and fixed that and now I have the dreaded tail hop. I will be taking the blade grips off and examining them closely and lubing what i can then try it again. Going in late again today so will be able fuss with it for a bit. Rainy weather all weekend so won't be able to fly outside but will spend lots of time in my mini living room. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee................Blade CP!
