Default RE: Wheeeeeeee.......... Blade CP!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh....Futaba, what a beautiful thing to look at. I love the pictures!
ORIGINAL: ArrowNaughtic

Rubber hubs in the grip were fine, the shaft is straight. I am guessing its sticky pitch links or mixing arm links. It is not uncontrollable by any means, just needs to wear in. I am no where near a stable hover yet with this new TX, but its definately controllable, The Bell Hiller mixing is way more responsive than the stock setup was. I have a complete stock setup ready to go so if I mangle this bling, I am still good with flyability. The bling has added so much weight that I had to switch to flat bottom woodies. 9.4 grams compared to 13 grams for the syms. Not to mention added lift.

With this precision head I have also found out that blade balancing is an exact art and not be trifled with. Luckily I got a brand new set of flats exactly the same weight out of the package. but I had to CG balance them and also added a little weight to one side for blade tracking. Pitch links are only full turn adjustments...not half turn like the others were. Funny how much one learns after a good tantrum!
