Arrow,

Never miss a thing, it's all in the details. I'm an old Hungarian, and we do like our BEER, oh, at room temperature too.

Speaking of details, that's what the heli is all about, you have to spend alot of time when you have a problem and check EVERYTHING.
Now what you have is a process of elimintion, what part is sticky. Some steel wool or 2,000 grit sand paper would work, to smooth things out. Takes time, these tiny little parts, need exact tolerances or you'll have binding or to much slop... Go slow.

Wax On, Wax Off, all in the details,

LOL..........I knew you would catch the missing liquid.............. Beer is still in the 3rd stall choppers....... and bessie keeps asking for crash. I am grounded tonite as I have the 24 rule in effect, no liquor withing 24 ft of any aircraft or drinking withing 24 hrs of crashing one!
On a serious note........ I did lubricate every movable part on that head before I tried to hover again......... same issue. So I am convinced its in the new head and a slight binding issue with the links. I don't own a link reamer/sizing tool but do have some pretty fancy router bits that are small and maybe will try those by hand, see if I can't get a "slop free fit". If not, it can wait.
BTW.........am startihng to like the Futaba............ its the programmer that sucks!
