If you mean it has a jerky motion when you accelerate slowly, then that's the clutch being engaged. Once your engine reaches a certain number of RPM the centrifugal clutch is engaged. The jerky motion is caused by the clutch not getting engaged all the way.
This is the way I remember it being explained to me, I hope I got it right. If not someone please correct me
