One thing that really got me initially was the wing rocking. My SE was pretty bad with this. I was constantly correcting for it, and one day realized I wasn't putting the inputs in as much as I used to. Turned out (at least with my plane, comments guys?) that although the wings rock, it's a stable condition, and if you've got the kajones for it, no correction is required, it'll correct itself. All SE's are not equal, and your mileage may vary, but wrth checking out at a safe altitude. Another thing: the CG on these can be moved WAAAAYY back, 3" aft of spar is a lot of fun (just tame your elevator down a bunch on low rates). :-)
